π€ FriendlyFire LHP Addon v1.1.2 Update
A new FriendlyFire LHP Addon update is here! π Version 1.1.2 is a smaller but clean update focused on improved message styling, better prefix handling, updated config text, and small internal cleanup.
This update is recommended for all servers using FriendlyFire LHP Addon together with LifeHeartsPro.
β¨ Whatβs New?
π¬ Cleaner Message Style
The FriendlyFire message style has been improved.
The old prefix style used:
FriendlyFire #
The new style now uses a cleaner separator:
FriendlyFire Β»
This makes messages look more modern, cleaner, and more consistent with polished Minecraft server formatting.
π¨ Updated Prefix
The language files now use the improved prefix:
prefix: "&b&lFriendlyFire &8Β» &7"
This affects addon messages such as:
β No permission messages β Friendly fire blocked messages β Team info messages β Team not found messages β Command feedback
The result is a cleaner and more professional chat style.
π’ Cleaner ActionBar Messages
The default ActionBar messages have also been updated.
Old style:
FriendlyFire # Teammate damage was blocked.
New style:
FriendlyFire Β» Teammate damage was blocked.
Updated config values:
feedback:
actionbar:
attacker: "&b&lFriendlyFire &8Β» &7Teammate damage was blocked."
victim: "&b&lFriendlyFire &8Β» &7Your teammate could not damage you."
This makes blocked damage feedback look much cleaner in-game.
π Updated Language Files
All language files were updated to the new prefix style.
Updated languages:
πΊπΈ English π©πͺ German πͺπΈ Spanish π«π· French
The plugin enabled log messages were also updated to version 1.1.2.
π Legacy Prefix Migration
FriendlyFire LHP Addon now includes better handling for old locale prefixes.
If an older language file still contains the old prefix format, the addon can handle/migrate the prefix more safely.
This helps servers update without needing to manually fix every old message immediately.
βοΈ Config Cleanup
The config header has been updated to show the correct release version:
FriendlyFire LHP Addon - Release 1.1.2
The default ActionBar format was also updated to match the new cleaner message style.
π οΈ Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
This update includes small internal cleanup and stability improvements.
Improved areas include:
π Prefix handling π Locale handling π ActionBar formatting π Config defaults π Version text π Small internal cleanup
β Summary
FriendlyFire LHP Addon v1.1.2 includes:
π¬ Cleaner message prefix π¨ Improved chat style π’ Cleaner ActionBar formatting π Updated language files π Better legacy prefix handling βοΈ Updated config version text π οΈ Small internal cleanup
This update makes FriendlyFire LHP Addon cleaner and more polished for LifeHeartsPro servers.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
