GChat - EssentialsX Support & Color Rework
This update focuses on better integration with other plugins and stricter control over chat colors.
๐ฅ New Features:
- EssentialsX Integration: The plugin now fully respects the Essentials mute system. If a player is muted via
/mute, they will be blocked from sending messages in Global, Local, and Private chats. - New Message: Added
muted-messagetomessages.ymlto customize the warning for muted players.
๐ Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a critical issue where players without permissions were able to use colored text in chat.
- Fixed chat formatting logic to prevent color codes from "leaking" into player messages.
Don't forget to regenerate your messages.yml or add the new muted-message line manually!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
