KanaChat-Spigot

This plugin forks fubira/KanaChat and fixes several bugs and adds spigot support.
Specifically, here is what we did:

• Added tab completion support for commands
• Changed the configuration process to Spigot's default getConfig()
• Replaced a vulnerable package
• Other minor bug fixes

Original plugins can be used, but may cause unexpected problems.
However, it is only compatible with 1.20 or later versions, so use the original plugin if you have an earlier version.
We also send the chat content data to the Google Translate API for translation.
