1.2.2
Compatibility
Changes
kCombatLog 1.2.2
Added
- Added support for Paper 26.1 through 26.2.
- Added an opt-in restriction that prevents combat-tagged players from throwing ender pearls.
- Added an opt-in restriction that prevents combat-tagged players from using Riptide tridents.
- Added configurable messages for blocked ender-pearl and Riptide use.
Fixed
- Fixed Riptide cancellation only working on the first use attempt.
- Riptide use is now cancelled before charging, with additional client and server state synchronization to prevent later attempts from bypassing the restriction.
- Replaced a newer Paper-only player-kill method to maintain compatibility across the full supported 26.1-26.2 range.
Configuration
Both new restrictions are disabled by default. Enable either one in config.yml:
combat-log:
restrictions:
block-ender-pearls: false
block-riptide: false
Set the relevant option to true to enable it.
New messages can be customized in messages.yml:
combat:
ender-pearl-blocked: "<red>You cannot throw ender pearls in combat!</red>"
riptide-blocked: "<red>You cannot use Riptide in combat!</red>"
Existing installations must add the new configuration and message entries manually if their files are not regenerated.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
