Changes
LiteVillagerTrade v1.0.7
Performance Improvements
- Optimized shop NPC handling during chunk loads.
- Persistent Villager NPCs are now reused instead of being removed and recreated whenever their chunk loads.
- Removed unnecessary chunk-unload NPC despawn tasks.
- Reduced Folia region scheduler work and Villager entity initialization overhead.
- NPCs are now spawned only when the expected tagged shop entity is genuinely missing.
Preserved Behaviour
- Creating, moving, or customizing a shop NPC still performs a deliberate refresh so visual changes apply immediately.
- Existing shop ownership, trades, persistent NPC tags, and FancyNPC handling are preserved.
Recommended: perform a full server restart after updating.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
