Workflow Updates:

• .github/workflows/alpha.yml, .github/workflows/beta.yml, .github/workflows/main.yml: Renamed workflows to reflect their respective branches and added steps for publishing artifacts to GitHub Packages, Hangar, and Modrinth platforms. Each workflow now includes detailed comments for clarity and uses JDK 21 for compatibility.

Code Logic Enhancements:

• Improved the filterMessage method to make regex matching case-insensitive, remove unnecessary content such as links, emails, phone numbers, special characters, and domains, and streamline the message sanitization process. Removed redundant code for reading regex from a file.
• Updated onPlayerChat to include the player object in the broadcast message for better context.

Plugin Metadata Updates:

• Simplified the permission for the tp command by removing the others suffix, making it more generic.

Version Bumps:

• Incremented the plugin version from 2.5.2 to 2.5.3 and updated the Paper platform version from 1.21.5 to 1.21.6.
