More configuration options

Added various config options such as:

• Changing the cooldown of when events appear via general settings in events.yml
• Toggling what the WanderingSmith sells, swords, scythes and shields, indivdual prices
• Toggle frost walker & feather falling for hooves
• Toggle the prices of each individual hoof plate and diamond horse armor
• Toggling wether the travling druid offers wooden totems and at what price
• Changing drop chances of special items/forgeries of each custom mob and event, fractions are in percentage (0.4 -> 40% drop rate)
• Some special values like healthbonus or configuring the spawn height maximum of the Deep Sea Drowned

26.3 Support

Previous versions of medievalPlus on minecraft 26.3 would run into a problem due to the item component swing_animation being seperated into attack_animation and interact_animation. This is internal minecraft stuff but lead to a full-failure of the forging system. This patch addresses this issue.

Admin Update Check

Instead of sending only a small update notice inside the server console which is hard to see, operator will get sent an update notice shortly after joining the server. By acknowledging such a notice the operator will not be noticed until the next newer version drops.
