Messages On Head 1.3

Migrated to the 1.21.6 version (starting with this version, the plugin won't work with versions below)
Added the ability to configure gaps between messages and above the player's head:

# Distances between messages / above player's head
gapBetweenMessages: 0.3
gapAboveHead: 0.4
