Changes
- Fixed ride sidebars disappearing after upgrading to Minecraft 26.2. Updated the bundled ScoreboardLibrary to 2.8.2.
- Added one-step station creation: after selecting an area, stand on a powered rail inside it and face the departure direction. Creating the stop automatically saves its stopping point and launch direction.
- Simplified building commands: line and stop display names are optional. Stop IDs can be omitted when adding or editing the current station; overlapping stations still require an explicit ID.
- Fixed station title settings, departure countdowns, station re-entry, and cross-world display. Improved MiniMessage templates and arrival/terminal action bars.
- Added an in-transit action bar showing the next station and remaining distance.
- Added support for worlds with Minecart Improvements enabled, improving native slope movement, station braking, and drift correction while stopped.
- Improved arrival velocity synchronization for Bedrock passengers using Geyser/Floodgate.
- Fixed interval fare calculations and mid-route dismount settlement. Passengers are refunded if payment to the line owner fails.
- Added economy.account to designate a fare recipient for lines without an owner. Improved compatibility with late-loading and reloaded Vault economy providers.
- Added configurable mid-route dismount billing, defaulting to charging through the next station. Passenger exit locking is now disabled by default.
- Fixed Folia thread-access issues when rebuilding protected rail indexes during startup and reload. Improved scheduler handling.
- Improved GUI item safety by blocking drag operations that affect management inventories.
NOTE
- Configuration and language files are migrated automatically, with migration backups.
- Removed the ineffective speed_control.cruise_control setting. Stall recovery remains available.
- Existing passenger_exit_lock: true settings are preserved. Leaving economy.account empty retains the previous fare-handling behavior.
- Metro retains Java 17 bytecode and the Spigot 1.18.2 compile baseline.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
