• 3-Phase War System: Preparation (30 min), Active War (60 min), and Mayor Outcome Selection phases with server-wide BossBar countdowns.
• Interactive Outcome Menu (/war end):
  • Attacker victory options: Full Annexation (100% chunks), Partition (50% land + 50% bank), or War Reparations (100% bank).
  • Defender victory options: White Peace (12h shield), Instant Counter-Offensive, or Total War (Revenge mode).
• Assault TNT: 2-second auto-primed explosive that bypasses Towny claim protections during active war.
• Capture Flags: Territory conquest banners with real-time 3D countdown holograms and instant capital annexation on Home Blocks.
• Dynamic War Economy: Scalable declaration formula Base + (1000 * chunks * era) with optional MoxCenturies era support.
• Neutrality System: 24-hour non-aggression immunity pacts purchasable via Vault economy.
• Modern GUI & Commands: Intuitive menus for /war and /warfare (with /town war and /town warfare aliases).
