What's New in v1.1.1
Configuration & Distance Logic
- Wall Hit Cancellation Distance (
wall-hit-cancel-distance): Added a dedicated 5.0 block threshold specifically for wall impacts. Throws impacting walls closer than 5 blocks are cancelled to stop point-blank phasing exploits, while throws equal to or farther than 5 blocks receive safe push-back relocation instead of cancellation. - Clarified Global Minimum Distance (
minimum-distance): Separated global throw distance from wall detection. Kept disabled by default (false) to ensure open-field short throws remain unrestricted. - Config Audit & Cleanup: Fully restructured
config.ymlwith comprehensive documentation, clean category sections, and elimination of redundant keys.
Detection & Relocation Improvements
- Smart Standoff Relocation: Refined safe push-back (
0.45blocks) into clear air, preventing the player hitbox from getting stuck inside adjacent solid blocks or corners. - Corner-Floor Centering: Automatic centering on
(X.5, Z.5)when landing on block edges, completely preventing corner suffocation glitches. - Ladder and Climbable Block Protection: Disallows landing directly inside ladders, vines, and scaffolding to prevent vertical wall-phasing exploits.
- Nether Roof and Ceiling Safeguards: Strict enforcement against ascending through the Nether bedrock ceiling (
Y >= 127) and solid ceilings. - Long-Distance Vanilla Preservation: Long-distance throws (
>= 12.0blocks) are never cancelled, preserving 100% smooth vanilla projectile gameplay.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
