1.1.0
Compatibility
Changes
Important: 1.20.x users should update
1.0.0 declared api-version: 1.21, which meant servers on 1.20.5 and 1.20.6 refused to load the plugin entirely, despite the resource page listing them as supported. Fixed.
Folia now actually works
1.0.0 scheduled its tasks through the legacy BukkitScheduler, which Folia does not implement — the plugin failed on enable. All scheduling now goes through a platform abstraction that picks the async, global, region or entity scheduler as appropriate, and entity removal happens on the region thread that owns each chunk rather than globally.
New: /nolag report
Scans every loaded chunk and lists the busiest ones with coordinates and the dominant entity type. Finding the broken farm should not require guesswork.
NoLag Lite - Entity Report
Scanned 1,847 chunks, 12,406 entities.
Busiest chunks:
1. 847 entities | world at 1032, -488
mostly ZOMBIE (x812)
Also in this release
-
Sounds are no longer played from an async thread
-
Clearing is asynchronous end to end, with counts reported on completion
-
Protection rules are cached on reload instead of being re-read per entity
-
Permissions are now declared in
plugin.yml
Upgrading: drop in the new jar and restart. Your existing config.yml keeps working — add the new report section if you want to change the defaults, or delete the file to regenerate it with the updated comments.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
