🐛 Bug Fixes

• Totem of Undying - Fixed totem not activating when killed by Mace smash attack during duels
• Scoreboard on Join - Fixed scoreboard being toggled off when players join (required manual toggle in settings)
• Player Visibility - Fixed "hide lobby players" setting not persisting after duels/FFA
  • Players in duels/FFA are now always visible regardless of visibility setting
  • Visibility is correctly reapplied when returning to lobby from duels or FFA
  • Joining FFA now shows all FFA players even with visibility off
• Pearl Exploit - Fixed winner being able to throw ender pearl before teleport and getting teleported back to arena
