The 26.1.2 version of Paper (possibly an older one) changed the folder structure for the location of dimensions. This means that personal spaces have now been moved to world\dimensions\minecraft\personal_spaces. As far as I can tell, this restructuring is done automatically.
I don't think using the previous version of this plugin will have any issues running on the 26.1.2 version of Paper, but I run this plugin on my own personal server, so I went ahead and updated it anyway. Beyond that, I don't have much time to test a for-fun project like this, so it's likely unstable.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
