Phantom Repellent

Hello! This is a small bug fix, mostly.

• Slimmed the amount of console spam.
• Fixed the issue where on preexisting servers the plugin just kinda got confused about players who had joined before the plugin was installed and then never turned them on or off, leading to the plugin sending an error because it didn't know what to do.
