1.2.0
Compatibility
Changes
ummary: Release 1.2.0 adds full install/update management, a robust GUI, Modrinth compatibility improvements, and persistent tracking for managed plugins.
Added
Persistent managed-plugin registry: managed-plugins.yml (tracks project slug/ID for updates). Bulk update: /pmr update all stages updates and reports summary (updated / up-to-date / skipped / failed). Safe update staging: downloads updates into server update folder for restart-based replacement. Dynamic install attempt: plugin download + best-effort dynamic load after install. Paginated GUI with controls: previous/next/refresh/close, stable slot→plugin mapping. Expanded Modrinth search filters and loader support: includes paper, spigot, bukkit, purpur, folia. Game-version fallback: matches full and major.minor (e.g., 1.21.4 and 1.21). Changed
Version bumped to 1.2.0 (pom.xml, plugin.yml, README, QUICKSTART). Improved install/update flows to track project slugs and avoid replacing wrong files. Replaced fragile GUI name-parsing with slot mapping and pagination. Shade packaging remains but documentations updated to new artifact name. Fixed / Improved
Uninstall now attempts immediate file deletion and falls back to renaming (.disabled); removes entry from managed registry. More robust Modrinth API URL encoding and download target handling. Better asynchronous handling — network work off main thread and scheduler usage for UI messages.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
