Changes
๐ PoliteChat v1.0.0 โ First Release ๐
โจ Features
- ๐งน Word Filtering & Replacement: Automatically replaces abusive or unwanted words (supports English + Hindi/Hinglish).
- ๐จ Custom Chat Formatting: Add colors, patterns, and prefixes to chat messages.
- โ๏ธ Configurable Settings: Words can be edited/added/removed from config.yml.
- ๐งฉ Command Support: Includes /politechat reload and /politechat toggle for players and admins.
- ๐ Lightweight & Efficient: Designed for minimal lag and smooth performance.
๐งพ Notes
- The GitHub/Modrinth versions do not include any real abusive words. The actual word list is generated only on your local serverโs config.yml, allowing you to customize replacements privately.
- You can safely add your own words inside the generated config.yml or can be added/removed in-game after running the plugin once.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
