- Added vein mining to the Paper platform.
- It's fully configurable with stuff like maximum distance, animation, etc.
- You can prevent it by sneaking.
- Some small optimizations and fixes.

- The reloading is now a lot better and more reliable.
- Almost completely rewrote how the plugin works internally.
