Fixed

• Corrected API diagnostics so health is unhealthy before the first successful refresh and after refresh errors, malformed UUID lookup routes return HTTP 400 instead of 500, and invalid critical configuration is rejected with actionable diagnostics for blank paths, colliding player aliases, and GitHub placeholder values (#16).
• Re-snapshotted plugin settings for each refresh batch as it is dequeued so refresh requests queued after /pstats reload use the newly reloaded configuration even when an existing worker is still draining earlier work; automatic export remains paired with the settings snapshot used by the last successful batch.
