Changes
Raccoons-Orbital-Wither v1.0.0
Initial release — the Orbital Wither Skull Cannon as a standalone PaperMC plugin.
/witherskullcannon [amount] [shape]— hands out the "Wither Nuke" fishing rodamount: number of skulls to fire (default1400, max5000)shape:lattice(default),circle,ring, orsquare
- Fires a formation of charged (blue) wither skulls that spawns fully-formed above the target and drops straight down as one unit
- Formation always summons above the world's actual surface, so aiming into caves/ravines still fires it up in open sky
- TNT burst on detonation with a speed-locking pass so knocked skulls hold a consistent velocity
- Tuned splash knockback and damage against high-armor targets
Under the hood
- Configurable via
config.yml:arrow-amount(default skull count) andexplosion-radius - Built on Paper's standard API — compatible from 1.21 through 26.2
- Proper task/state cleanup on plugin disable/reload: no orphaned scheduled tasks, no leftover state after a player disconnects
Requirements
- Paper 1.21+ (or 26.1/26.2)
- Java 21+
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
