RealTime 1.2
This release adds optional per-player time based on each player’s IP address. Enable auto-timezone: true for a world to let players see their local time of day. If a timezone cannot be detected, the plugin uses that world’s existing timezone setting. This changes the sky players see; gameplay time remains shared by the world.
- Now loads as a Paper plugin and supports Paper and Folia.
- Added /realtime set auto [world|all], /realtime set <timezone> [world|all], and /realtime reload.
- Added tab completion for subcommands, available timezone IDs, and loaded worlds.
- Renamed the plugin from RealTimeFolia to RealTime. The command is now /realtime instead of /realtimefolia.
Upgrading: Replace the old JAR with RealTime-1.2-all.jar. Existing world timezone settings continue to work; automatic detection is off unless enabled. IP detection uses the ipwho.is HTTPS service.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
