⚡ Relay v1.6.0 - Flicker-Free Virtual Scoreboards & Tablist Engine (Folia Ready)
Relay v1.6.0 introduces the brand-new ScoreboardService, providing an enterprise-grade, per-player virtual sidebar and tablist engine engineered specifically for Paper, Purpur, and multi-threaded Folia 1.21+ servers.
✨ Key Features:
- 📺 100% Flicker-Free Sidebars: Say goodbye to objective resetting! Utilizing 15 pre-registered teams with color entries and updating via
team.prefix(Component)ensures zero client flicker. - 🚫 Blank Score Numbers: Clean modern appearance with native Paper 1.20.4+
BlankFormatreflection check, hiding the default red 1-15 numbers seamlessly. - 🥞 Priority Stack Preemption: Multiple plugins can manage scoreboards without conflict. High-priority minigame sidebars temporarily override lobby sidebars and restore them automatically upon destruction.
- ⚡ Folia Region Thread-Safe: Pointers and team updates are automatically dispatched to the player's entity thread via Relay's
SchedulerService. - 🎬 Dynamic Suppliers & Animated Titles: Define lines with
Supplier<Component>for automatic refresh intervals, and craft animated titles using tick-based frame tickers. - 👥 Tablist Header & Footer: Effortlessly manage player TAB list headers and footers with a single thread-safe method call.
- 🛡️ Zero-Leak Lifecycle: Teams and scoreboards are properly destroyed and default scoreboards are restored whenever a player disconnects or a plugin disables.
- 🔍 Diagnostics: Monitor active sidebars via
/relay statusand/relay scoreboards.
🧪 Test Suite:
- 53 / 53 unit tests passing (100% green).
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
