New feature: Scale!

(Only 1.21+) Now you can change the size of NPCs using the command: /npc scale or /npc size.

New argument for command /npc name (or /npc hologram)

You can use /npc hologram --autoscale in order to disable the feature of auto scaling the name text to match the npc scale and name length.

• Fixed hologram console errors when disabling holograms on ModelEngine NPCs
• Fixed hologram data values not updating when teleporting or updating the hologram in some ways
