Hello again! This update brings something I’ve been working on for a while now CUSTOM SKINS for NPCs!!! You can now have real Minecraft skins for your NPCs! It’s super easy to set up.
To apply custom skins to your NPCs: Go into the Mobs/NPCs section in the creation menu and scroll to the bottom of the GUI, where you’ll find a new button. After you click it, just type in the name of the player whose skin you want, for example “Robbot10” for my skin, or someone else’s name. This took a very long time to make, so there may be bugs.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
