Changes
Version 1.0.7
- Added a return trip command that takes you back to where you were before your last random teleport, with its own timer for how long the last spot is remembered and its own waiting period before it can be used again
- Added a special permission that lets chosen players skip the waiting period, either everywhere or in one specific world
- Added sparkling effects at the destination while the warm-up is counting down, so you can see where you are about to land, plus sparkling effects around you while you wait
- Added per-biome settings so certain landscape types can have their own teleport distance and their own waiting period
- Added automatic preparation of the landing area before you arrive, so arrival is smoother with less stutter
- Added teleport signs: write [RTP] on the first line of a sign and right-click it to teleport, optionally writing a world name on the second line to choose the destination world
- Added an option to always stay inside the world border when picking random spots
- Added fully changeable sounds and sparkling effects for the warm-up and the arrival, which can be set differently for each world
- Added announcements that other plugins can listen to and cancel, covering the moment a teleport is requested, the moment a warm-up starts, the moment a warm-up is cancelled, and the moment a teleport finishes
- Fixed spots being rejected or allowed because of the wrong landscape type being checked deep underground instead of at the surface where you would land
- Fixed the minimum distance rule measuring flat distance only, so it now measures full distance including height
- Fixed missing good spots high up in fiery worlds because the search stopped too low
- Fixed open areas with trees wrongly counting as caves, and real caves being missed; underground spots are now detected by comparing with the true surface height
- Fixed players being charged twice or charged the wrong amount when their balance changed during the warm-up; payment is now taken once at the right moment and automatically refunded if the teleport is cancelled or fails
- Fixed the success message appearing twice, once before the search and once after arrival; it now appears exactly once on arrival
- Fixed reloading the settings leaving old warm-ups running with outdated values; all active warm-ups are now safely cancelled and refunded on reload
- Fixed region checks sometimes failing at region edges; both feet and head positions are now checked and region names are matched regardless of capital letters
- Fixed rare error messages when the landscape type could not be read; unreadable spots are now safely skipped
- Fixed confusing responses when a single name could be both a world and a player; worlds and players are now told apart clearly with the correct reply in each case
- Fixed the world selection menu showing worlds that should be hidden; fiery and end-like worlds now stay hidden unless they are enabled, and disabled worlds never appear
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
