Initial Release
First release of CombatGuard — a lightweight combat tag plugin for Paper servers.
Features
- PvP combat tagging (melee + projectiles)
- Blocks configurable commands during combat (default:
/home,/spawn,/tpa,/tpaccept,/tp,/warp,/back) - Live action bar countdown showing time remaining
- Relog-proof cooldown — the timer keeps running even if a player disconnects, so quitting mid-fight doesn't dodge the block
- Optional combat-log punishment (kills and drops inventory of players who disconnect while tagged)
- Combat tag clears automatically on death
- Staff bypass permission (
combatguard.bypass) - Admin commands:
/combatguard check,/combatguard clear,/combatguard reload
Requirements
- Paper 1.21+
- Java 21
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
