PlaceholderAPI, permissions, and diagnostics hotfix

Maintenance update focused on safer PlaceholderAPI handling, default permission checks, and clearer startup troubleshooting.

Changed

• Improved startup diagnostics so failed module registrations are easier to identify.

Fixed

• Fixed Emoji and Tag modules failing to load when their PlaceholderAPI expansions cannot be registered.
• Fixed SIR PlaceholderAPI expansions resolving the wrong active plugin owner in some setups.
• Fixed features using default or empty permissions being checked too strictly.

Notes / Recommendations

• No configuration changes are required.
• Restart your server after updating.
• If an Emoji or Tag PlaceholderAPI expansion warning appears, the module will keep running, but those PAPI placeholders may be unavailable until the expansion issue is resolved.
