Changes
New Features
- Added party experience sharing, so nearby party members receive a configurable share of every experience gain.
- Added skill resets, letting players rebuild a single skill or their entire progression, with an optional cooldown between resets.
- Added fully custom skills, letting server owners create brand new skills with their own name, icon, experience triggers and per-level bonuses.
- Added placeholders for skill levels, experience, progress, totals and party information so they can be shown on scoreboards, holograms and in chat.
- Added auto-completion for every command, including skill names, party actions and player names.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed skills that were turned off still granting their bonuses.
- Fixed skill bonuses continuing to grow past the configured level cap.
- Fixed the party system so it can be turned on and off through configuration.
- Fixed players gaining unlimited experience and drops from blocks they placed themselves.
- Fixed memory build-up caused by players leaving and rejoining the server.
- Fixed mount speed bonuses continuing after a player disconnects.
- Fixed registered skill and party progress not refreshing after a level change or a reload.
- Fixed language changes so they apply right away after a reload.
- Fixed skill level commands ignoring the configured level cap and failing to refresh movement speed.
- Fixed containers being remembered once for the whole server instead of once per player.
- Fixed stutter caused by saving while containers are opened.
- Fixed container memory growing forever without ever being cleaned up.
- Fixed falling damage being reduced twice when two skills applied at once.
- Fixed tamed companions not receiving their bonuses after their owner gained new levels.
- Fixed twins born from breeding so they belong to the breeder.
- Fixed repeated skill messages filling up chat.
- Fixed Hunter bonus drops so a kill doubles the whole drop set instead of rolling separately for each drop.
- Fixed auto-smelting ignoring Fortune and always dropping a single item.
- Fixed arrow recovery duplicating arrows for bows that do not consume them.
- Fixed movement speed bonuses overwriting other plugins and not being removed when a player leaves.
- Fixed menu navigation breaking in other languages and refusing clicks that landed in the player's inventory.
- Fixed leaderboards showing players with no progress, raw identifiers and empty results.
- Fixed console being unable to use the skill and language commands.
- Fixed inconsistent command permissions and an outdated plugin description.
- Fixed missing configuration for several skills, so every bonus can now be tuned.
- Fixed misleading skill descriptions that promised bonuses the plugin did not provide.
- Fixed party invitations never expiring.
- Fixed level-up messages and sounds flooding when a large amount of experience was gained at once.
- Fixed skill actions being performed far more often than intended on the same tick.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
