English
Fixes
- Towns no longer fall back to the default color after joining or creating a nation. Auto colors now take priority over the town/nation map colors stored by Towny. Towny 0.97.1+ assigns a random map color to every town and nation when it is created; the previous logic treated that value as a manually configured color, so a town lost its auto color as soon as it joined or created a nation.
- A nation now inherits the color of its capital town. The founding town keeps its color when it creates a nation, and towns that join later adopt the capital's color.
Configuration
fill-style.use-auto-colors(default:true): when enabled, auto colors take priority and Towny's stored map colors are ignored.- To use the colors set with
/town set mapcolor//nation set mapcolorinstead, setfill-style.use-auto-colors: false.
Installation
- Delete the old
SquareTowny-1.0.jarfrom your server'spluginsfolder. - Add
SquareTowny-1.1.jarand restart the server. - Existing nations are re-colored from their capital automatically; run
/maptowny reloadto refresh immediately.
Requirements
Towny 0.97.1+ and squaremap.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
