Control the server's join, quit, kick, death and advancement messages. For each one, keep the vanilla text, hide it, or replace it with your own.
- Colors with & and hex &#RRGGBB (1.16+).
- Placeholders: {player}, {killer}, {cause}, {reason}, {advancement}.
- Per-cause death messages (fall, fire, lava, mob, player and more) with a general fallback.
- /sservermessages reload (alias /ssm), permission sservermessages.reload.
- One jar for 1.8.8–26.x on Spigot, Paper, Purpur and Folia. No dependencies.
Note: replacing or hiding advancement messages works only on Paper and its forks. On Spigot and older Paper (such as 1.12.2) the vanilla message stays.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
