Changes
StorageWorkbench 1.0.1 fixes optional ExpandedChests compatibility.
What's changed:
- StorageWorkbench can now see and craft from nearby ExpandedChests contents when ExpandedChests is installed.
- Fixed the load-order edge case caused by a circular soft dependency between the two plugins.
- Refreshed the ExpandedChests bridge lazily before storage lookup, item consumption, and item return.
- Added
/swb statusdiagnostics while looking at a crafting table: vanilla chest blocks, expanded chests, and expanded item slots.
Compatibility:
- StorageWorkbench still works by itself when ExpandedChests is not installed.
- ExpandedChests remains optional, not a required dependency.
- Built against the Paper 1.21 API for broad Minecraft Java 1.21.x compatibility.
- Source compatibility checked against Paper 26.1.2 API.
Notes:
- Minecraft/Paper 1.21.x servers run on Java 21.
- Minecraft/Paper 26.1.x servers require Java 25 or newer.
- No client mod or resource pack required.
- Designed around vanilla inventory screens, vanilla items, and vanilla particles.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
