Summon Friendly Mobs

Added /attack command (toggleable through config.yml & permission summonfriendlymob.attack).

Usage /attack <target player name | target mob uuid>

Added /mobs (summonfriendlymob.check) command to check how many mobs are alive summoned through this plugin

Added Mob settings file (mobs.yml ; also toggleable from config.yml if to use). You can change mob's name, max health and speed. Only applies to mobs summoned through this plugin

Added /sfmreload command (summonfriendlymob.reload). Reloads all configs

Added snow golem to gse list
