Theosis 9.0.2 — Bug Fixes & Weapon Improvements
Thank you to everyone who reported bugs from the previous version. Your feedback was extremely helpful, and the main issues have now been resolved.
❤️ AuraSkills Compatibility
Theosis is now compatible with AuraSkills and other plugins that modify a player's maximum health.
Previously, both plugins could compete when increasing or reducing the player's hearts. Theosis will now only add the hearts provided by its own items, without overwriting or interfering with the values applied by other plugins.
⚔️ Weapon Attack Speed
The weapon attack speed system has been fixed and properly connected to Theosis weapons.
You can now find weapons with positive attack speed bonuses, allowing the attack cooldown bar to recharge faster. Weapons may also generate with negative values, causing them to attack more slowly.
This makes every Theosis weapon feel more unique and ensures that its attributes have a noticeable impact during combat.
Important: If you already had Theosis installed, you must delete the
rarities.ymlfile so it can regenerate with the new weapon attribute values.
📖 Tome Crafting Fix
An issue that allowed tomes to be created using basic materials has been fixed, including:
- Gunpowder
- Glowstone Dust
- Sugar
These materials can no longer be used to obtain tomes.
The Arcane Decomposition Table process is now complete. Tomes can only be obtained by decomposing gems using this table.
👑 Improved Boss Loot
An ambiguity in the boss loot generation system has been fixed, particularly within the End dimension.
This issue caused the system to become stuck and repeatedly select horse armor as boss loot. Boss rewards are now generated randomly and correctly according to the dimension.
Thank you again for your feedback and for helping me find these issues.
I hope you continue enjoying Theosis!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
