🌌 THolograms v1.0.1 — Spacing & Motion Engine Hotfix
🚀 Highlights & Critical Bug Fixes
- Fixed Vertical Spacing Inflation Glitch: Fixed an issue where procedural animation ticks repeatedly compounded static layout baseline offsets into display entity translations, causing lines to spread unnaturally far apart or double in gap.
- Instant Transformation Reset: Implemented automatic translation reset (
(0, 0, 0)) when stopping animations or switchingMotion DNAtoNONE. Display entities no longer freeze at displaced coordinates. - Re-Engineered AutoLayout Algorithm: Refined the baseline vertical layout formula for Text, Item, and Block displays. Hologram lines now sit at natural, tight, and consistent Minecraft line spacings (~
0.28mdefault).
🎮 GUI & Editor Quality-of-Life Upgrades
- Bidirectional Line Spacing Control (Piston - Slot 21):
- Left-Click:
+0.05m(Wider line spacing, up to0.80m) - Right-Click:
-0.05m(Tighter line spacing, down to0.05m) - Shift-Click: Instantly resets to default
0.28m
- Left-Click:
- Bidirectional Modifier Cycling:
- Motion DNA (Slot 37): Left-click for next style, Right-click for previous style.
- Scale (Slot 22): Left-click to scale up, Right-click to scale down.
- Billboard & Alignment (Slots 38 & 39): Left-click next, Right-click previous.
- Real-Time Action Bar HUD: Displays live numeric feedback (e.g.,
Line Spacing: 0.25m,Scale: 1.25x,Motion Style: FLOATING) above the player hotbar with zero chat clutter. - Instant Disk Auto-Save: Every GUI change (spacing, scaling, nudging, reordering, deletion) automatically commits immediately to YAML storage.
⚡ Performance & Folia Optimizations
- Eliminated redundant per-tick heap allocations during animation execution.
- Streamlined regional entity respawn lifecycle for thread safety on Folia and Paper.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
