🎉 TickFlow Update: The Config & Merging Update!
This update focuses on smarter, more elegant optimization methods that preserve the vanilla feel while massively reducing CPU and RAM usage.
✨ What's New:
- Configuration System: A fully customizable
config.ymlis now automatically generated. You can toggle every single feature on or off, and adjust merging radiuses or despawn timers to fit your server's needs. - Aggressive Item Merging: Dropped items now intelligently merge into single stacks within a configurable radius (default: 3.5 blocks).
- Aggressive XP Merging: Experience orbs now merge their values together into a single entity to prevent severe TPS drops during massive farm yields.
- Fast Trash Despawn: Common trash blocks (Cobblestone, Dirt, Netherrack, etc.) now despawn in 45 seconds by default instead of the vanilla 5 minutes.
🗑️ Removed / Changed:
- Removed Hard Entity Limits: The strict per-chunk limits for monsters and items were completely removed. The new smart merging and fast despawn features handle entity lag much more efficiently without breaking vanilla mob farms!
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
