TridentEnhanced Plugin
TridentEnhanced is a PaperMC plugin that replaces thrown trident projectiles with a custom model (usually held in-hand).
By default, Minecraft resource packs can only replace the model of the item in-hand (ItemStack), not the projectile entity.
This plugin bridges that gap by dynamically replacing the visual of flying tridents with a custom model.
✅ Features:
- Replaces trident projectile visuals with a model you control
- Works seamlessly with custom resource packs
- Supports Minecraft versions 1.20.4 through 1.21.5
- Plug-and-play — no configuration required to get started
💡 Use Case:
Perfect for server owners who want to fully customize the appearance of weapons, especially in PvP or fantasy-themed servers.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
