Changes
Added
- Update notifications: TunnelVision now checks Modrinth once a day and tells the console and admins (
tunnelvision.admin) in game when a newer version is out, with a clickable link. It also shows up in/tunnelvision status. Nothing about your server is sent; turn it off withupdate-check: falseinconfig.yml. - First-use guide: the first time a moderator runs
scoreorsuspects, they get a link to the guide on how to read a score and a verdict.
Improved
- Much faster
/tunnelvision scoreandsuspects: results now come from sessions already computed by the TunnelVision service (tens of milliseconds instead of ~10 s for a week). The plugin falls back to live analysis automatically if they aren't ready yet. - Clearer output: sessions show date, start time and duration, plus
[cave]/[old calculation]tags and a warning while computation is still catching up. - Player lookup by name or UUID: sessions recorded under a player's previous names are included.
- Sync progress and plugin version are reported to the TunnelVision service, so we can spot a stuck setup or an outdated plugin and help you faster.
Fixed
todayandlast-12hwindows found nothing from the current day.
Updating: replace the jar in plugins/ and restart. Your config.yml is kept; the new update-check option defaults to on.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
