Changes
VanishIUM 1.1.3
š¢ Compatibility ā 1.21.10, 1.21.11, 26.1 & 26.2
- Full support for Minecraft 1.21.10, 1.21.11 and the new year-based versions 26.1 / 26.2
(Mojang's 2026 numbering:
26.1= first 2026 drop). - Fixed
Sound.valueOfcrash āorg.bukkit.Soundis now an interface on these versions, so the old enum lookup no longer compiled/worked. Sounds are now resolved version-safely and configs may use either enum names (BLOCK_CHEST_OPEN) or namespaced keys (block.chest.open). - Verified clean against Purpur API 1.21.11; no NMS is used, so the 26.1 deobfuscation change does not affect the plugin.
šļø MySQL Storage + Cross-Server Vanish Sync
- New MySQL backend (opt-in via
storage.type: mysql) with HikariCP pooling. - Cross-server sync: a player vanished on one server (e.g. lobby) stays vanished after switching to another server on the same network (e.g. OneBlock) ā no join notification, no animation/fake message replay. Vanish state and all settings follow the player across the network.
- Default stays YAML (per-server) ā nothing changes unless you enable MySQL. All DB I/O is async.
š Update Notifier (configurable & editable)
- Checks Modrinth + SpigotMC for new releases. Notifies the console on startup and admins on
join (
vium.update). Fully toggleable per source, with every message editable in the lang files.
š ļø Other
- Every new message is editable (lang files). Added editable Discord link.
- Bumped maven-shade to support Java 21 bytecode.
- Compatibility: Paper/Purpur 1.21.10 ā 26.2.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
