VertexCore 1.1.1
VertexCore 1.1.1 is a small backwards-compatible maintenance release focused on cleaner persisted JSON output and internal build improvements.
Changes
- JSON payloads are now written in a human-readable, pretty-printed format
- Existing compact JSON remains fully compatible and requires no migration
- Maven dependency and build configuration has been cleaned up
- Shaded runtime dependencies are now explicitly defined
- Obsolete internal development and compatibility infrastructure has been removed
- No intentional breaking changes to the VertexCore 1.x API
Compatibility
- Java 21 bytecode baseline
- Paper 1.21.4 compile baseline
- Runtime compatibility target from Paper 1.21.4 through Paper 26.2
- Verified on Paper 1.21.4 / Java 21
- Verified on Paper 26.2 / Java 25
VertexCore 1.1.1 is a drop-in upgrade from 1.1.0. No configuration or database migration is required.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
