Initial Release – v1.0
This is the very first public release of VoidChat.
Version 1.0 introduces the core chat management features, providing a solid and stable foundation for future updates. The plugin allows server staff to easily control the global chat through a clean and intuitive GUI, without sacrificing performance or simplicity.
Included in v1.0:
- Chat enable and disable functionality
- Chat clearing option
- Modern and user-friendly management GUI
- Full configuration support via
config.yml(including GUI and messages) /chatcommand with permission control (voidchat.chat)/chat helpcommand/chat reloadcommand- Built on the latest Paper API
- MiniMessage formatting support for modern text styling
This initial version focuses on stability, performance, and ease of use, making VoidChat ready for production use right from the start. Future updates will continue to expand functionality while keeping the plugin lightweight and efficient.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
