WARDEN The clan system prison servers were missing.
Warden is a clan/gang plugin built specifically for prison and survival-op servers — not a reskinned factions plugin. Every feature is designed around how prison servers actually play: ranks, mines, prestige, token economies, and players who care about progression over territory.
FEATURES
- Clan core — create, invite, join requests, roles, kick, transfer leadership, clan home with cooldown, tag colors, open/closed access.
- Configurable role hierarchy — rename any role, add tiers, and set a full internal permission matrix per role in YAML. Nothing hardcoded.
- Clan bank — shared Vault balance, per-level limits, full transaction log, deposit/withdraw permissions per role.
- Clan wars — declare, accept, configurable duration and victory conditions, war rewards paid into the clan bank, war history.
- Clan chat — private channel plus configurable chat and tablist prefixes.
- Progression — clan levels with a configurable XP curve and perks.
- Leaderboards — by level, bank, wars won or kills, in GUI and chat.
- Alliances & rivalries — with configurable friendly fire behaviour.
- GUIs — every title, item and slot editable from gui.yml.
- PlaceholderAPI — clan name, tag, level, XP, bank, role, member count, leaderboard positions and war state.
BUILT TO BE CONFIGURED
- Remappable commands — don't want /clan? Use /gang, /syndicate, or anything else, with multiple aliases. Every subcommand is remappable too, and permission nodes stay stable regardless of the word you pick.
- Multi-language — English and Spanish included, per-player language with client auto-detection and a configurable fallback. No text is hardcoded.
- MiniMessage formatting — full modern colour and gradient support.
- Storage your way — YAML by default, SQLite or MySQL by config.
PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS
Soft dependencies only. Warden runs on Paper alone and every integration degrades cleanly if the plugin isn't there: Vault, LuckPerms, PlaceholderAPI, and optional bridges for PulsePrison and AtomCombat.
If another plugin already owns /clan, Warden takes the command back on startup — no namespace prefix needed.
DEVELOPER API
Internal event layer for integrations: WardenClanCreateEvent, WardenClanDisbandEvent, WardenMemberJoinEvent, WardenMemberLeaveEvent, WardenWarDeclaredEvent, WardenWarEndEvent, WardenLevelUpEvent.

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
