๐ Version 7.2-Alpha โ Translation completeness fix
A community bug report led to a real find โ worth documenting honestly rather than glossing over.
What was found and fixed
While preparing in-game screenshots for the Modrinth gallery, it turned out that 12 out of 30 languages (Bulgarian, Czech, Hungarian, Japanese, Georgian, Korean, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Slovak, Serbian Latin, Swahili) were each missing 48 translation keys that every other language already had โ covering menu lore lines (teleport counts, click prompts, waystone details), navigation buttons, and command usage/help messages. Anyone running the plugin in one of these 12 languages would have seen a mix of their language and stray untranslated text in those specific spots.
What changed
- All 48 missing keys translated and added to the 12 affected languages
- Automated cross-check confirming all 30 language files now share the exact same 109 keys, with zero gaps between what the code calls and what the language files provide
๐ท๏ธ Naming
- Minor version bump (7.1 โ 7.2)
- Generated jar:
Waystone-Alpha-7.2-26.2.x.jar - Still Alpha, same reasoning as the rest of v7.x
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
