🌟 New Features
- ✅ Advanced Egg Tracking: Introduced a powerful, persistent tracking system. You can now easily locate the Dragon Egg whether it's in a player's inventory, stored in a chest, placed as a block, or dropped on the ground.
- ✅ Container Restrictions: Added robust mechanics to prevent players from hiding the Dragon Egg in untrackable or private containers like Ender Chests, Shulker Boxes, Bundles, Dispensers, and more.
- ✅ Absolute Invulnerability: The Dragon Egg item is now completely immune to all forms of damage, including fire, lava, explosions, and cacti. It is also completely protected against regular item despawning.
- ✅ Visual Enhancements: Players carrying the Dragon Egg will now emit customizable glowing effects and beautiful particles, making the egg holder easily identifiable.
🌍 Language Support
- ✅ Integrated 17 out-of-the-box localizations to fully support international communities.
- ✅ Implemented a smart fallback mechanism that dynamically defaults to English (
en) if a translation file or key is missing.
⚙️ Configuration & Balance
- ✅ Added a highly flexible
config.ymlallowing server owners to seamlessly toggle tracking, protection, and visual effects on or off. - ✅ Added a customizable
blocked-containerslist to define exactly where the egg cannot be stored. - ✅ Added granular control over the visual effects, including
glowColor,particleType,particleCount, andparticleInterval.
🔧 Technical Improvements
- ✅ Engineered a comprehensive event monitoring routine spanning inventories, item drops, and block placements to ensure the egg's location is always captured securely without impacting server tick rate.
- ✅ Implemented full MiniMessage support, allowing for modern RGB text formatting and hex colors across all plugin interfaces.
- ✅ Added
bStatsintegration for anonymous usage metrics and custom charts tracking. - ✅ Compiled natively for modern Java environments, utilizing a safe bypass for
maven-shade-pluginlimitations to ensure maximum performance and stability on Paper 1.21+ servers.
Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
