Reverts ender pearl piglin bartering rates to what it was in 1.16.1. Leaves all other current piglin trades untouched.

This sets the weight of pearls to 23, even though it was 20 in 1.16.1. This is to accommodate for new items in the loot pool, and technically makes the chance slightly higher than what it was in 1.16.1.
