Entering the Fleshy World To reach the dimension, you’ll need to craft your way into it:

Step 1: Toxic Paste 1x Spider Eye → 1x Toxic Paste

Step 2: Toxiarite Gem 4x Toxic Paste

1x Diamond → 1x Toxiarite Gem

Step 3: Eye of Toxiarite 4x Flesh (Dropped by Diseasers)

1x Eyeball (Dropped by Eyeball mobs)

4x Toxiarite Gems → 1x Eye of Toxiarite

Diseasers and Eyeball mobs spawn in the fleshy biome found in the Overworld.

Step 4: Build the Portal Craft Hardened Flesh Bricks

Smelt Flesh Blocks → Cooked Flesh Block

Smelt Cooked Flesh Block → Hardened Flesh Block

In a crafting grid, place 4 Hardened Flesh Blocks in a square (2x2) to get 4 Hardened Flesh Bricks

Construct a Portal Frame like a nether portal using Hardened Flesh Bricks

Ignite it with the Eye of Toxiarite

Now you can step through and descend into the Fleshy World,

A new dimension — the Fleshy World — accessed through a portal.

Body horror inspired mobs

Fleshy Building blocks and progression.

Inspired by Scape and Run: Parasites, and Biomancy-style mods.
