Executioner Enchantment

Executioner Enchantment adds a focused combat enchantment for NeoForge 1.21.1: Executioner.

What It Does

Executioner is a very rare, single-level sword enchantment. When a player damages an enemy with an Executioner-enchanted sword, the mod checks the enemy's remaining health after the hit. If the target is left at or below 10% health, Executioner finishes them off.
