3D Harnesses x Fresh Animations

This is a HUGE update, In this update:

• Added new Pack.png
• Added new animations for moving up, down, backward,and forward.(Thanks to Angelos)
• Re-textured and remodeled the harness model.
• Removed the "tntballoon" nametag varient. (this WILL cause the ones in your worlds that had that name to turn to the default model.)
• Added a new "pigballoon" nametag varient, You can get it by naming a happy ghast "pigballoon".
• Retextured all of the balloon nametag varients.
• Gave the "endermanballoon" nametag varient glowing eyes
• Gave the "pumpkinballoon" nametag varient a night time texture. (which glows)
• Updated the pack.mcmeta
• Updated the page
