Toxic Creaking

(This is my first published mod. I've done some practice behind the scenes for a couple months, making a big ol' overhaul mod of sorts, and I decided to make one of my favorite features of it a standalone.)
Do you wish Creakings had a bit more bite to their attacks, while still adhereing to Vanilla-adjacent principles? Have you tried other Creaking enhancement mods and thought that they might've made it a bit too powerful? Well, this mod's a lil different!
New Debuff: Resin Poisoning
Creakings still retain their vanilla damage values, but whenever they attack the player, they inflict a new debuff: Resin Poisoning. This effect lasts for 2 minutes, reducing the Player's max HP by 2 (1 heart) per stack. "What do you mean by 'per stack'?", you might be asking. Well, every time a Creaking attacks a player that already has Resin Poisoning, the duration resets AND it's level goes up by 1, further reducing max HP. Now you have a real reason to fear the pale gardener!

psst, having the Absorption effect prevents Resin Poisoning from applying!
Bonus: New Potions
Toxic Creaking also adds 2 new potions: Potion of Creaking and Potion of Vitality.
A Potion of Creaking is made by adding a Resin Clump to an Awkard Potion, like so:

- Base: Resin Poisoning II for 1:30, reduces max HP by 4.
- Extended (+Redstone): Resin Poisoning II for 3:00
- Amplified (+Glowstone): Resin Poisoning III for 0:45, reduces max HP by 6.
Meanwhile, a Potion of Vitality is made by corrupting (or rather, purifying) a Potion of Creaking through a Fermented Spider Eye:

- Base: Health Boost II for 3:00, increases max HP by 8.
- Extended (+Redstone): Health Boost II for 8:00
- Amplified (+Glowstone): Health Boost III for 1:30, increases max HP by 12.
Potions of Vitality also grant a very brief but strong Regeneration effect, to fill the new hearts gained without putting a strain on the player's hunger bar.
