Makes redstone dust damage you when you stand on it. Strength 15 or standing on redstone block: 1 damage (1/2 heart) Strength 13-14: 0.5 damage (0.25 hearts) Strength 11-12: 0.25 damage (0.125 hearts) Lower strength: 0 damage (cool enough to stand on)
