Obfuscated Text Clean Width

Fixes an issue with how Minecraft handles obfuscated text in newer versions.

In vanilla Minecraft the game chooses an obfuscated character based on the underlying characters width. However some of these characters have a non-integer width, which can cause the text to jitter around.

Example of the problem

The mod fixes this by ensuring all chosen characters have an integer width.

With the mod

This works anywhere where obfuscated text is used, so in chat, menus, for item names and on signs.
